Epsom salt is cheap and easy to find, it works its way into sore muscles and through the skin. Water temperature is important, as cold water can cause muscle cramping and hot water can cause muscles to swell. Go for lukewarm water to deal with lower back pain. The other benefit of Epsom salt is that it cures acne and is a great for getting healthy skin as well.
