1.) Aloe-Vera Gel to Lighten Skin Naturally

Aloe -Vera also known as miracle plant contains phytochemicals and various nutrients that are useful for treating a number of skin problems. It has cooling properties that regenerate damaged cells and eliminates the pigmentation. It provides lighter skin complexion. There is no hard and fast rule of applying the Aloe-Vera gel. Just peel the outer layer of the plant and rub the fleshy part on the entire body. Keep it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it properly. Alternatively, you can also scratch the gel and grind it to get a thick gel and then spread it on the entire body and wash it after 20 minutes. If you do not have Aloe-Vera plant in your home then you can buy Aloe-Vera gel. It’s better to grow the plant in your household since it is best for other skin related problems also.

2.) Yogurt to Lighten Skin Naturally

Yogurt contains lactic acid which has bleaching properties. Zinc present in the yogurt promotes healthy skin. It also helps you get milky white skin. However, one should use yogurt made at home otherwise it might worsen the condition. Gently rub the yogurt on the whole body and leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash it. The yogurt will remove the damaged cells and give you much-required shine and glow which your skin lacked before.  You can also make home made the pack with yogurt. Take some pigeon pea, orange grind and grind both the ingredients till it becomes powder. Then add yogurt into the powder and mix it well. Your home made body pack is ready. Lemon is a rich source of Vitamin C which promotes new cell growth. The acid present in the lemon works as a natural bleach. Moreover, lemon contains antioxidants which lighten skin naturally. Cut a lemon into two parts and squeeze the juice into the bowl, take a cotton swab and dip it into the juice and apply it on your skin and wash the area after 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can directly rub the half lemon on your skin. In case, you observe irritation you can add water in the lime juice to dilute the solution and then spread it on the skin. This remedy is ideal for getting light skin complexion and removing the scars. You can also mix lemon with other ingredients as well. For a thick body, mask adds turmeric, lemon or rose water in gram flour. Mix the ingredients well and apply the mixture to your entire body before taking the bath or instead of soap. Either place a slice of cucumber on the skin and gently rub it over the dark area and leave it for few minutes, rinse it when it gets dry. Or, grate the cucumber and extract juice out of it. For example, mix oatmeal with tomato juice and apply the mixture on the skin with the help of cotton swab after 8-10 minutes when the mixture starts drying, rub it gently for 3-4 minutes then wash the area. It also soothes skin from sunburn. Drinking orange juice will serve your purpose. You can also grind the rind of orange and add honey and plain yogurt in it to get fresh skin excluding the dullness.

10.) Cover Your Skin

Avoid exposure to sunlight. Cover your skin before making out. UV rays are prime reason of dark skin. So make sure your skin is not visible when you are traveling outdoor.
