Alcohol can make your feel drowsy but it won’t let you to have deep and restful sleep. Caffeine can greater brain activity and more think which makes you more difficult to sleep. Avoid caffeine contains drinks like black tea, coffee, colas, green tea, soda, energy drink and chocolate.

Go for caffeine free soda drink or carbonated water if you want something fizzy to drink. You can also take non-alcoholic beer if you prevent restless leg syndrome or have trouble in sleeping.

3.) Regular Exercise of Legs

For calf muscles, take a towel and hold it from both of the hands and gently wrap it around your foot while sitting your lying on your back. You just have to pull the towel towards your head, while feeling a stretch in your calf muscle as you pull the toes towards the head. Keep holding this position for 30 seconds. Repeat this process for 3-4 times.

5.) Go for Warm Epsom Baths

Another easy way which can help you to get rid of restless leg syndrome is taking a warm bath in the evening or prior to going on bed at night.
