Try to sleep, this will help you to calm your senses. Moreover, you can tie a cloth around  your forehead to relieve the pain. The best way to get rid of the pain is do not think about the pain. If possible, make yourself so busy that you do not find time to remember the pain. However, do not exhaust your body.

2.) Temperature Therapy  to Treat Migraine

Both hot and cold therapy will do the work. Apply it to the neck or head. The ice pack will give you a nub effect and will block your senses of pain. Whereas the heating therapy relaxes the tense muscles. Warm shower or bath will do the similar work.

Another home remedy which helps to get rid of migraine pain is ACV. It helps in detoxification, control blood sugar, regulate blood pressure, reduced bone pain, promote weight loss and relieves constipation. All you have to do is in a glass of water add a tablespoon of ACV, mix a tablespoon of honey in it and drink it regularly to keep a migraine at the bay.

8.) Chamomile to Treat Migraine

The anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and soothing properties of the chamomile help to treat the migraine pain, timely. However, German chamomile is more effective as compared to the normal chamomile. In a cup of hot water, add 3 tablespoons of dry chamomile. Leave it to steep for 7-10 minutes. You can also add lemon juice and honey in the drink. Strain it, and drink while it warm. A compound known as Parthenolide is present in the Feverfew. The compound relieves the spasm in smooth muscle tissues and reduces the inflammation. It also blocks the Prostaglandins which lead to migraine pain. In a hot water, add a few Feverfew leaves, dried peppermint. Let it steep for 15-20 minutes. Then, strain the tea and drink it. Drink this tea as much as time you can until the symptoms of a migraine subside.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away similarly, it also keeps a migraine away. Eat an apple at the onset of the migraine pain. The crunchy apple will improve the blood flow to the brain, which will eventually reduce the pain. Moreover, it is believed that green apples are more effective as compared to red apples.
