1.) Warm Water to Make Flea Trap
Fill a bowl half of the way full with warm water. Any dish soap water. Take a night light. You will then need to plug the night light into an outlet that is adjacent to the floor. Place your bowl of warm soapy water beneath the night light. The fleas will be a drag to the light and will jump toward it. When they land, they will land in the soapy water. They won’t be able to get out and will expire. Leave the bowl under the light overnight. In the morning, you will want to empty the bowl of dead fleas and make a fresh batch of warm water. Then place it back under the light. Continue doing this till your bowl is flea free when you wake up in the morning.
2.) Light Bulb and Soap Water to Make Flea Trap
These traps are often homemade and since fleas are a drag to light, we can use this to our advantage. The basic process is to lean a light source (such as a small bedside lamp or an electric bulb) over a shallow pan or bowl that is full of water and soap. When the adult fleas come and examine the light, they fall right into the bowl and die. These Method fairly effective, don’t put the bulb extremely close to the water it will be dangerous.

what We need to prepare this trap is one disposable container, like a baking pan, water, vinegar, night light. Fill the pan half full with water. Add about 1/4 cup of vinegar and mix with water. Find a nearby outlet and plug in the night light. Place pan of vinegar and water below night light. The fleas are pulled to light and heat. The night light will draw them and when they try and join the heat they will fall into the pan and die. The vinegar works like an insecticide.
5.) Salt Water to Make Flea Trap
As common an ingredient as salt can get you rid of bad fleas, especially from your carpets. How does it happen? Here’s what you need to do. Table salt or any of the sea salts you will need a large part of it depending upon the size of the area where you need to sprinkle salt to kill fleas Large spice bottle with a shaker top See if your salt is finely ground or not. If not, grind it to get a fine salt powder. fill up your spice bottle. Sprinkle the salt over your carpets in each room. The salt should cover the area evenly. Leave for 12 hours. After 1-2 days, vacuum thoroughly.

First we need to get this Citronella oil- 10 drops.Tea tree oil- 10 drops. Lemongrass oil- 10 drops. Geranium oil- 5 drops and add half full cup of salt mix all of them. Warm water- 1 gallon take the warm water and mix all the essential oils with this. Mop the floors of your house with this water. For the first few days, mop daily with this scented water. hereafter, you can do once a week to keep the fleas as well as mosquitoes away from your home.
7.) Use Rosemary to Make Flea Trap
If your house is not badly plagued by fleas but yes if it’s disturbing due to even a mild flea infestation, you can use the herb rosemary for check such flea problem in your home. You can use rosemary for flea control in several ways, as a powder, a rinse, or an oil. While dogs can be washed with rosemary water by adding it in boiling and then use this water to wash your pets. How to make rosemary herbal flea powder at home? Take Equal parts of Rosemary, Rue, Wormwood, Fennel, Peppermint, and Coffee in grinder or mortar and pestle. Take all the herbs and grind them together using a mortar and pestle or in a coffee grinder. Grind them till they become a fine powder. Sprinkle this herbal powder on your carpet, furniture, pet’s bedding, below furniture, window sills or anywhere else where you think there may be fleas. This is a typical flea repellent and not a way to kill fleas.
8.) Use Pennyroyal Herb to Make Flea Trap
There are many different species of the pennyroyal herb. European pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium) and American pennyroyal (Hedeoma pulegiodes) have been traditionally used to prevent fleas. However, pennyroyal which belongs to the mint family is dangerous for human and animal health. You can grow pennyroyal plant around your yard, especially where your dogs love to be.
