  • Add 5 grams of dried marshmallow root in 1 cup of boiling water.
  • Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  • After steeping for 5 minutes, strain it in a cup.

  • You can add 2 tbsp of dried marshmallow root in ¼ of water.
  • Allow it to sit overnight.

Probiotics are active microorganisms which are similar to useful microorganisms located in the human gut. Probiotics are normally “good bacteria” which help maintain the health of the intestines and improve the digestion process.


  • You can have probiotic supplements such as Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomyces boulardii. These can be taken every day between meals.
